From a buyer's perspective, viewing real estate on bikes provides the ability to easily stop more often, buyers/riders learn their way around more quickly, and neighbors are less intimidated by people on bikes.
From a "green perspective", viewing real estate on bicycles reduces traffic, saves gasoline, reduces greenhouse emmissions, and it's also great for the cardiovascular system.

Priority will be given to listings that fit the parameters of the riders on the tour, that week’s new listings & best buys. These tours will consist of homes in mostly flat areas, although some hillside homes may be shown.
These tours are FREE, and generally last 2 to 3 hours
